• EnneaMotion
Do you sometimes ask yourself, "I know the Enneagram, now what?" Do you sometimes say to yourself, "Oh no! I did it again! I hate when I do that!" Look no further. EnneaMotion, based on the Enneagram, uses simple movement exercises to explore the energy of the different Enneagram personality styles. By translating the emotional energy of the different styles into physical energy, you will leave with a tool for developing the best traits of all nine styles, and a tool to help change thinking, feeling and behavior patterns that are no longer effective.

In Greek, ennea means nine, and gram is something written or drawn. The Enneagram is a nine-pointed geometric figure. The Enneagram typology system mapped onto this nine pointed figure describes personality as:
• Nine different lenses or "fixations" through which we experience the world; and
• Nine different psychological structures, complete with their own motivations, survival strategies and specific mental patterns which filter everything we do.
According to this system, each of us is predominantly influenced by one of the nine styles, while at the same time we each contain some characteristics of the other eight styles.
The study of the Enneagram is very effective for understanding our most fundamental fears, motivations, strengths and weaknesses. This makes the Enneagram a powerful tool for personal transformation. • Conflict Resolution
Conflict is a source of anger in many different types of relationships. Anger is one of the most mis-understood and poorly-expressed emotions, often being over- or under-expressed. Becoming familiar with the emotional polarity of anger — the benefits of expressing it appropriately, at the right time, to the right person, with the right amount of energy, actually leads one to a graceful state of confidence.
• Coaching
If you are like many people, you have habits that have become so much a part of who you are that they’re difficult to change. When change is difficult, a step is missing. The missing step involves looking at parts of ourselves we’ve denied, or thrown into our shadow, thinking we can hide them from others. In doing that, we also throw out and don’t develop some of our gifts.

• Cancer Odyssey
A workshop for people whose lives have been touched by cancer, using meditation, movement, drawing and writing to address the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing. This program has been attended by cancer survivors, their friends and family members, insurance case workers, doctors and nurses.
• Method Acting Development
This workshop helps you better understand the character you're portraying and the similarities and differences between you and your character. Translating emotional energy into physical energy, the strengths and weaknesses of different personality styles are explored through movement. This gives you a kinesthetic experience of a variety of ways of being in the world.
One of the challenges as an actor is to play roles unlike who you are naturally. This work can help you broaden your range as an actor by finding yourself and the roles you play in this personality system, and by discovering, exploring and developing the physical mannerisms to personality styles other than your own.
Understanding the relationship between personality and the body will guide you in how your character would walk, stand, sit, gesture and move through space, giving you the consistency necessary for creating a full range of in-depth and powerful characters.
